FOR THE NEW TWO STAMPIN' UP! WEDDING CARD GDP#033 | Colour Challenge.
April 25, 2016
It is Global Design Project's Monday and we are launching a new weekly challenge for you! With this challenge I'm also saying goodbye to Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks , Curvy Corner Trio Punch and the gorgeous stamp set "For the New Two" by Stampin' Up! absolutely wonderful to make wedding cards.
For the New Two , Curvy Corner Trio punch, Dots & Stripes Decorative Masks are going to be retired and they will be only available HERE until June 1 /2016 or while supplies last! I hope you can get yours before they are gone forever.
And this is my entry for GDP Colour Challenge #33
I was so excited with this challenge that in the excitement I got mixed up and instead of using Calypso Coral I used a very similar ink colour: Crisp Cantaloupe! but I decided to go ahead and share my card with you despite this confusion.

I used 1/2 of a A4 sheet of Sahara Sand card stock for the card base and folded in half (10.5x 15cm/ 4"x6" inches) . to create the striped paper I used Whisper White card stock and the Decorative Masks (stencils) + Night of Navy and Crisp Cantaloupe inks.
Then I used the Curvy Trio Punch to cut off the corners of the Crisp Cantaloupe layer and I used one of the dies in Lots Of Labels Framelits Dies to cut the Night of Navy striped paper. I stamped the sentiment with Night of Navy ink on whisper white card stock and I cut it using a smaller label die . I embellish using Rhinestones Basic Jewels and vellum flowers punched out using itty bitty accents punch pack ( also in the retiring list) and Botanical Builder Framelits Dies.
