SIMPLE FEMININE CARD WITH "SITTING HERE" STAMP SET BY STAMPIN UP

Keep it simple with "Sitting Here" stamp set by Stampin' Up!
Sitting Here contains 14 individual stamps and you can use them individually or combined to build a final image. A cat, a dog, a stunning good sized porch swing, a mini bird, 3 cushions, a flower pot, a basket and beautiful sentiments to send a happy thought to friends and family.
Each image in the set could be a protagonist on a paper craft project. I have chosen the swing chair to make a card in its feminine and a masculine version.
In this post I'm sharing the feminine version of the card. Find the masculine card idea by clicking HERE same sketch , different colors and look and feel.
Card size: half of an A4 sheet of Flirty Flamingo card stock, folded in half.
This is an easy and quick project. Simple stamp the porch swing and the sentiment in the same panel and add colour with Stampin' Write Markers.
Stamp the little cat and cushions images on a scrap piece of Whisper White card stock and add color. I used Wink of Stella to add shimmer to the cushions and hand cut all the pieces, then I overlaid them and paste with Tombow multi-glue glue on the stamped swing.
For the little embellishment in the card corner I used paper doilies, I stamped one of the cushions images on Whisper White card stock and cut a banner of it and I used gold twine to make a bow but previously I did remove the gold thread from the twine. I used a staple to keep the pieces on the panel and I pasted the bow with a glue dot. To finish I use Tombow to pasted the panel to a flirty flamingo card base.
Paper: Whisper white and Flirty flamingo card stock (card base).
Inks: Chocolate chip (To stamp all the images). To add colour I used: Delightful Dijon (swing), flirty flamingo and Bermuda Bay (cushions), Bermuda Bay (stripes in the porch swing cushion)
Embellishments: paper doilies, twine.
Tools: Stampin Trimmer, blender pens, scissors.
