Honey Bee Stamps and Heffy Doodle Collaboration Instagram Hop + Giveaway
September 21, 2018
Hello everyone, Honey Bee Stamps and Heffy Doodle are celebrating a collaboration with a 2- DAYS Instagram blog hop and I was invited to join DAY-1! Yay
Hop with us over Instagram DAY 1 -HERE and join the giveaways ... 2 happy winners of $30 USD certificates to the Heffy Doodle and Honey Bee Stamps shops.
When I was choosing Heffy Doodle supplies for the hop today I noticed they not only offer stamp sets with super cute images but stamp sets with awesome and very original sentiments...
So I decided that for the card today I should use Honey Bee Stamp images and Heffy Doodles sentiments.
I used Bill the Bear stamp set, the apples are from Bushel and a Peck by Honey Bee Stamps and from Heffy Doodle I used Teacher die and Teach Me Words stamp set.
I die cut the word: teacher twice out of white cardstock and I glued the die cuts together. I then die cut the word out of black cardstock and I glue the white die cuts just a bit off set the black one and I really love how they look.
To create the background. I stamped the images with clear Versamark ink and I heat emboss them with Nuvo Fine Glacier white embossing powder.
I also used Double Stitched Square dies and Stitched Scallop Squares dies by Honey Bee Stamps.
I applied Worn Lipstick and Candied Apple distress oxide and traditional inks and I splatter water.
I applied colour to the images using Ciao Copics in the set B. I added Glossy Accents to the apple and embellish with stamped mini bees and sequins.
That's all for today.
I hope you enjoy this project!!
