Honey Bee Stamps and the Coloring Challenge Road Trip - Edinburgh
August 28, 2017
Hello everyone, first at all I want to send my love and prayers to all my stamping friends in Houston, especially to our Design Team Manager at Honey Bee Stamps Lisa Cisneros who lives there. I texted her yesterday to let her know that my Sunday Honey Bee Post would be delayed and she told me about the major flooding in Houston but I never thought it was that serious. When I saw the news I was shocked and she still had the heart to answer me... Amazing.
So yesterday I was in Edinburgh participating in the Coloring Challenge Road Trip where I had the incredible opportunity to share a day with beautiful people and two of the favourite stampers in the whole word: Debbie Hughes and Kathy Racoosin.
I'll be sharing a wee video on Instagram here and in my facebook group to share with you a bit of the event with pictures and some moments I could capture.
Ok so my plan was to create a Honey Bee card during the event and blog about it yesterday but I was overwhelmed with so much going on there plus it was a long journey starting at 5am and ending at midnight so I didn' really have the chance to do it really.
Kathy was teaching us her top tips with alcohol markers and finishing touches. We were all sharing information about tools and materials. Debbie had her watercolour palette exposed and she was also doing some beautiful watercolouring .. with such distractions I was lucky to be able to finish a card using Sweet as Honey Stamp Set.
